These guys are cheap and reliable. They are always on time at the airport, monitor flights to make sure they`re in the right place at the right time and reply to emails within 24 hours every time. Prices are all inclusive, have comprehensive insurance with no excess and include additional drivers, snow chains and child seat at no extra charge. Payment is easy at the airport on arrival using a mobile card payment system.

Initial problem due to weather but they got everything sorted, upgraded our vehicle and provided a professional and friendly service. Excellent English as well! Definitely recommend and will be using again next February.

I loved the little automatic car I got. It handled great on the mountain roads in winter and parking it in Sofia was not too bad either. The service is very affordable, the car was great, and the representatives were prompt, courteous, and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say!
