The rental car looked as new, was perfectly maintained, in a perfect state. The car was delivered at our Bulgarian home adress at exactly the agreed date and hour. The owner of the car was very friendly and correct. After the rental period the car was picked up by the owner, so we didn`t have to drive to a garage to bring it back. This was done again by a very friendly person. We have no remarks, the service was perfect.

After initial problem dealt with exceedingly well, we were very happy with the service provided. Although older than normal, the car provided was in good order and very clean. I would recommend this company as communication was very easy and value for money was the best I could find in Bulgaria.

First time booking mostly because of the positive feedback on Google+. Got the car a bit earlier which was discussed upfront and totally fine with us. The car had one technical issue that was visible only after 20 minutes of driving. It was not something serious so we kept on driving. Even though we informed MOTOROADS not before they received back the car we got a fair reimbursement and were pleased with the way they handled the case and with their service overall. For that reason we are going to use them again in the future. Peace of advice for everyone: Please inform the guys from MOTOROADS immediately after you experience issues of any kind with the car so they can exchange it or help you otherwise. That way you are avoiding any misunderstandings afterwards.

We were met at the airport, just as advertised. We ended up with a bigger and better car then we were expecting. The service was excellent. At the end of the holiday we dropped the car off at 11am as expected and simply handed over the keys and the documents. No fuss, very simple. The price was the best we could find and the service excellent. Why use anyone else?
